Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and security.
- Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental health.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
Requirements:
- Current certification as a CNA or PCA is preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.
- Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and safety protocols.
- Must pass background checks and health screenings as required.
